Refund policy when paying by card

When paying with a bank payment card, cash refund is not allowed. Settlements with the consumer when returning the money paid for the goods, if termination of the contract on the performance of work (provision of services) are carried out in the same form as which was made payment for the goods, work (service), unless otherwise provided by the agreement sides.

The refund procedure is governed by the rules of payment systems.

The procedure for the return of goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 9, 2002 N 90-З "On protection of consumer rights".

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date transferring the goods to him;
  • The consumer has the right to unilaterally refuse to execute the contract on performance of work (provision of service) subject to payment to the contractor actually expenses incurred by him, unless otherwise provided by law.
  • The consumer's demand for exchange or return of quality goods is subject to satisfaction, if the product was not in use, its consumer properties and there is evidence of its purchase from this seller.
  • The list of non-food products of good quality, not subject to exchange and return, approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.

To return funds to a bank payment card, you must fill out "Application for refund" and send it to the email address .

Refunds will be made to a bank payment card within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the "Application for the return of funds" by the Company.

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount

To return funds for transactions made with errors, you must apply with a written statement and attachment of checks / receipts, confirming the erroneous write-off. This application must be sent by electronic address .
